The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and handle logistics at a moving and storage company. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, working with clients, assisting with scheduling and project management. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors, vendors and colleagues.
Responsibilities

This is an in-person role in Bronx, NY. It is a dynamic position and the Office Manager will wear many hats; no two days will be alike. You will be working with auction houses, charities and assist with marketing; there may be on-site visits to various NYC events to oversee projects. Family-like atmosphere with room to grow.
